    Kelli my wife and I have been with a property management company that has been stealing money. They filed 3 evictions in 6 months none for non-payment. We found they have been stealing money and many other things. My question is before filing an eviction, don’t they or the attorney look at the lease? We are suing them for numerous charges but they filed an eviction and said I was not on lease. I was and am on the lease. Internal error? they filed a 10 day then an eviction. Please help thanks
