  1. Inquiring about your article in, Newsletter, June 25, 2015, regarding having an inspection. I thought that was something that was already done at some point in the process of per-rental process? What would be the cost, if not? My home is 11 years old, thus is older, is that not a consideration?

    1. Hi Ginger! Not all property owners approve of inspections so it is something you need to ask for with your local office. If you would like more info on getting inspections done for your property, just contact your local office and ask, I’m sure they will be happy to help 🙂
