A regular rental property inspection is an invaluable service for your investment!
Have you had a rental property inspection lately? If not, here are five good reasons to have Real Property Management conduct an inspection soon.
- Ensure tenants are complying with the terms of the lease (e.g., pets, tenants, parking).
- Confirm no illegal activity is taking place.
- Identify any maintenance or repairs needed.
- Save money by addressing issues right away.
- Preserve the value of your property.
Assessing the condition of your rental property on a regular basis will prevent any issues from becoming bigger and more costly, and give you peace of mind that tenants are taking good care of your rental home. Real Property Management offers move-in, move-out, and regularly scheduled inspections e.g., quarterly or semi-annually.
Contact your local Real Property Management office to learn more about preserving the value of your investment property.

Inquiring about your article in, Newsletter, June 25, 2015, regarding having an inspection. I thought that was something that was already done at some point in the process of per-rental process? What would be the cost, if not? My home is 11 years old, thus is older, is that not a consideration?
Hi Ginger! Not all property owners approve of inspections so it is something you need to ask for with your local office. If you would like more info on getting inspections done for your property, just contact your local office and ask, I’m sure they will be happy to help 🙂
