The holiday season is about giving back to others in the community. At Real Property Management we appreciate and recognize the charitable efforts of our franchisees.
Here are two we’re highlighting this month:
Josh and Derek Kattenberg – Sioux Falls, SD
Brothers Josh and Derek, owners of Real Property Management Express, and their staff partnered with the City of Sioux Falls, the Red Cross and trained volunteers from the community and went door-to-door in the Whittier Park neighborhood where they installed smoke detectors and trained residents on fire safety.
Holiday Gift Idea
Although smoke detectors are required in most areas, many municipalities do not require CO2 detectors. Wouldn’t that make a great gift for a tenant? It could be a great way to receive goodwill from tenants and, more importantly, you might save a life!
Tom Wood—St. George, UT
Tom, owner of Real Property Management Southern Utah, volunteers locally to feed the homeless a Thanksgiving dinner and helps to send supplies to the Hopi Indians in Mexico. He also “plays” Santa and delivers toys to the less fortunate.
We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the Nation. See Equal Housing Opportunity Statement for more information.
